Samuel’s expertise lies in designing mechanical systems across diverse sectors, including the California State Transportation Department, municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, the natural gas industry, and healthcare. He has made significant contributions to various projects, demonstrating his commitment to engineering excellence.

Experience:

Samuel currently serves as a Mechanical Engineer for the California Department of Transportation, where he responds to emergency projects, inspects Caltrans facilities, and undertakes design projects to upgrade HVAC systems, water feed, fire safety, and more. His work ensures compliance with state codes and regulations.

During his tenure at Carollo Engineers, Inc., Samuel played a pivotal role in the Headworks Rehabilitation project for the Orange County Sanitation District. His responsibilities included designing power generation systems, ventilation and cooling solutions, exhaust systems, and fuel maintenance systems.
